I ordered a Keurig 200 coffeemaker. The label was addressed to me...upon opening the box I realized something wasn’t right. I thought maybe I had gotten the wrong package, so I instantly looked at the address label. The box included five (5) wireless keyboards w/mouse. The packaging slip had someone else name and pertinent information on it. I realized then, that someone else has my pertinent information as well. I am so upset by this. Now I will be inconvenienced due to someone else incompetence. The convenience of shopping online has been tarnished by this experience.

I am a bit confused. First you said you went to Best Buy and they said they couldn't help you and to go through The Geek Squad, for some reason not explained.

Then, you say Samsung came out and said it was a factory defect, but to go to Best buy for help? You have a warranty with, presumably Samsung for a certain period of time. What is the warranty time limits stated in your paperwork that came with the machine? It sounds like your warranty period is over and any repairs you want done are now your responsibility.

Best Buy doesn't repair appliances, but if you had purchased an extended warranty, perhaps that policy would cover the repairs.

Sounds like you didn't do that---usually, a very wise decision---so if a local repairman cannot fix it cheaply, just junk it and buy another from some other store. It is what it is.

Customer service is a joke | Best Buy review from Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Customer service at the store told me to contact their company customer service number, called them and they said they can't help me as the in store customer service has to help me. Had to get a three way call with the manager and the corporate customer service and they both argued with each other and neither helped me.

Bought 46" T.V. on Black Friday NOVEMBER 23RD. ...... They shipped T.V. and left it at my FRONT DOOR WITHOUT A CALL BY UPS... at 8pm. I opened the Box which was in perfect condition. put the stand on T.V. and the T.V. which seemed in perfect condition..... THE ENTIRE LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN HAD A LARGE SPIDERWEB CRACK IN. it was returned and I WAS SENT ANOTHER T.V. A WEEK LATER. I was ok....UNTIL I OPENED the SECOND BOX . IT WAS CRACKED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...... AND WAS TOLD THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO SHIP ANOTHER ONE UNLESS I PAID FOR IT WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered this sound bar online. It was an "open item". The description was "excellent condition". I returned the sound bar to my local store and was told they don't have anything at the "quality" that this sound bar was. And even if they did they wouldn't be able to let me have it at the price that I paid for the one online for. They refunded my money and as they opened the box they asked me where the remote was. I never opened the box so I didn't even get all the damn parts. I don't know what was in the box other than the sub woofer.
