Horrible: No delivery and poor customer service | Best Buy review

I ordered a Surface 2 laptop from Best Buy. They promised to deliver it in 2 days, and provided a shipping notice with the same information. On the scheduled delivery date, i waited at home the entire day, but the laptop was not delivered. Now, after spending 30+ minutes on the phone with Customer Service (Crystal and Chastity), I have been assured that it will be delivered in the next 2 weeks and I will be given a new shipping notice in the next 24-48 hours. What a waste of time and money -- now I will lose two days of work. And I would have picked the product up in the store if they hadn't promised delivery in 2 days, or I would have ordered the product from someone else. Terrible experience. I will not purchase from Best Buy again.

I have been a best buy Elite plus member for a few years now and I have bought about 366 items and a retired Police officer and disabled and this is the treatment I get Wow. From best buy plus always bought protection plans on everything like front loaders washer and dryer refrigerator dishwasher computers and other items. I have bought a rexing gps logger for my rexing dash cam. The GPS logger won't stay connected to the dash cam. So I went to get a replacement gps logger, now mind you protection plan replacement plan. Customers service at best buy they couldn't exchange or return it because I have returned or replaced other items. Then they gave a 1888 number to call to speak to someone who can't hardly speak English telling me sorry there'

I wanted a laptop that they don't had in store and order it for me on January 30th and told that I will receive it until 5th of Feb. but today is 1st of march and I haven't receive the purchase I call every week to follow up with best buy no body take responsibility and just say we are sorry I need my money back I used my credit card and paying interest for it I will never recommend any one to do order by best buy because they don't treat customer right and they just like to take money and nothing ales Sad Sad Sad Sad

How is this Best Buy's fault? Don't blame a good ethical company because you want a new Chromebook which I gurantee is way out of return policy. There isn't any open source ad-on's unless you're the one who installed it.

So it did'nt work out when you installed it yourself but it's crazy you hire pros to mount it and it works as intended? Sounds like user error to me.
