I was at the best buy store in Snellville ga, and was told about a product that was better than the product that I had just purchased with a better value, long story short the samsung guy gave me the
Samsung rep. Gave me the price but the sale had ended that Saturday and now it was that sunday .when the exchange was being made is when the price wasn't the quoted price and the manger said that there was nothing that could be done! Called customer service and they also said the same.i buy a lot of my electronic devices from them and I tolerate poor customer service from this location but this is un heard of and needs to get better I will be contacting the corporate office as soon as they're open.i hope they can be of help

Worst buy ! Not best buy never don't shop there , buy from amazon and Milions other sites , the Rude president July Hubert or whatever he's name never response only *** guy in name "Chris boen / Charlie Severson , shame if service , they giving you gift card instead off compensation for thousands of dollars damages by geek squad / geek unprofessional shame on this company , if you already did miserable mistake dispute the transaction then we can make them bankruptcy , worse buy not alow to stay in the market !!

Purchased tv at Xmas now 6 months later broken I purchased extra warranty as we'll Store told me had to bring it back they would try to fix it I want a new tv this broke in 6 months not the way it works I was told take 2 weeks to fix I am with out a tv now I will never buy anything from them again Poor customer service was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for manager I was told by the manager she is very busy and what do I want Poor attitude and not willing to have some one come to my home to fix I wish to have a new tv as this broke in 6 months what else will go wrong with it I have had my last tv for years never had issue bought this one to upgrade

Bait & Switch in Best Buy Marketplace
I purchased a Nikon P520 camera through Best Buy from a Marketplace seller. I have a receipt that shows exactly the item I purchased. There's even a picture. I received a completely different, lesser camera. After contacting both Cameta Camera and Best Buy, Best Buy blames the marketplace seller Cameta Camera, they blame Best Buy. They are hiding behind finger pointing knowing that I am only a single consumer. Neither business is taking responsibility for what is plainly a mistake. It is literally the definition of Bait & Switch. If you offer a product at a low price with no intention of selling the advertised item at that price, but require more money to actually receive the specified item or you get a lesser item for the advertised price it is Bait & Switch. If Best Buy/Cameta Camera advertises a Nikon P520 for a given price and I buy the item for that price, I should receive the Nikon P520 for the advertised price that I paid. Best Buy will never receive another dollar from me ever again.
Best Buy - Warranty Cancellation Review from Richardson, Texas
I cancelled IPhone warranty in March and still have charges. Citibank keeps harassing and referring me to Geek Squad I have literally spent hors 3-5 at a time being transferred, put on hold and hung up in. They can see the notes but state they are not able to give credit just refunds. Promised call backs never come and every call requires a complete explanation since they never have a record of calls. Citibank is unable to do anything which is to be expected since they have a reputation for poor service. Although I have been a platinum or elite customer for years, I no longer shop there. In the past two years they have decreased their rreturn policy, changed the terms if warranties until they are worthless or comparable to Walmart, and have poor telephonic service assistance. I convinced people in the past to give them another chance and to those people I apologize. You were right to avoid this store.

We bought an Asus Computer, HP Printer, and LG Monitor. We spent over $1,000 and had to go back to the Arrowhead - Glendale, Arizona store 3 times because they told us inaccurate information about what we needed to purchase, mistakes the Geek Squad made with software we paid them to install, and get a refund for things we didn't even need. When I called to ask Cody a question, the Geek Squad Lead left him a message on a yellow post it note which I saw. It said "Good Luck With This Crazy Lady!" That was very inappropriate and I hope we do not need to go back there again. I am from Minnesota and have bought many items when I lived there. I have been at the 494 Richfield Store many times. I will not shop at Best Buy again or recommend anyone to go there. There are so many negative complaints on line it is terrible!

I bought a laptop in ontario CA. They also sold me the cd with " Microsoft program" and a "factory cd" which I paid extra 100 dollars for each cd. When I got home I try to install the cd and to my surprise they were empty CDs. When I complained to best buy they said that the CDs had the program and I may have erased it. They didn't do anything at all to solve my problem and I lost out on 200 dollars. I will never buy from best buy they are a rip off

Cell Phone Review
Second cell phone.from Best Buy, the carriers they rep must only give them recent # because this latest Verizon # has had 3 owners in the past year. Verizon also sux as they say it's not their problem. The previous cell also from Best Buy was on T-MOBILE and they did give me a new #. Best price means you get what you pay for.
