went to purchase a bundle deal that was offer in the bb ad for $349.- at time of ck-out the item rang up $449.- I ask to speak to a manager instead they called a rep lead from the game dept he was very rude and a lair and tells me there is nothing he can do and walks away ..so I ask to speak to the store manager here comes another lead rep and tells me ok it is the same item we will honor the price give me a minute I will be right back here I waited 30 minutes and she never shows up so I asked once again to speak to the store manager which then I was told was not avail she was interviewing new hires so they get the manager from the geek sq after explaining the problem she calls to the back to see what happen to the lead rep and tells me shes coming now here the 2 rep show up with some copy about misprint and a extra copy for me now really why would I need a copy ..so we all know thats what they were both doing back there that took 30 minutes the first rude rep try to tell me that was posted by the console if it was why did he not get it immediately because we all know that ad was not posted any where in the store to start with I could not find the item and one of the store rep give me the item from the shelf when I showed him the ad..I am an elite best buy customer never had such a worst experience than this one no customer should ever be treated like this no matter what the situation is .. They lied to me about my replacement plan for kindle fire tablet.. they told me I should have it because my son would be playing with it. Said I could even smash it with a hammer and they would replace it. He dropped it on the ground and this little kid that has no idea about business said it was excessive damage. So I got screwed out of a total of 600$. I shopped the all the time but never again. I spen t 9000$ there last month through my business. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than ever shop there again.

From the poor communications to the damaged products I have yet to get what I ordered and it's been 15 months and I have take over 15 1/2 day off work. When they delivered my stove and fridge I watched the guy bring it down off the truck and I was *** in the back of the box the size of a basketball. When it was unboxed the guy said it had a small dent in the back and no one would notice and he said customer service would send me a gift card for $50.00 but when I looked at it the rt. rear corner was hit so hard the left front door would not close, obviously the frame was twisted. I had taken the other stove out so I had them leave it and would arrange an exchange after the holiday. The put the fridge in without incident but they first night I was awakened buy a thudding noise, it sounded like 3 grapefruit had rolled off the counter but when I checked I could not see anything?? but it happen several more times that night and I figured it out it was the new fridge. I called the next morning and spoke to a young gal who did not let me get out two words before she jumped in and said it was the ice maker and they could not do anything about it and I would get use to it. Well after she finished he blabbing I told I did not have an ice maker and I would not get use to it . This seemed to *** her off and she said a geek person would come out when he did and did not hear the noise but suggested I put my $500.00 camcorder INSIDE the fridge which I refused but ok'ed him to put their camera inside the fridge but he thought Best buy would not do that. Within two days I caught the noise on my camera and sent it to them and a day later a different C/S person called and said it obviously the ice maker in which I replied "I don't have an ice maker", he replied ALL our fridges have ice makers. I took a photo inside and sent it to them along with more recordings of the noise. Two more service calls with no results and they agreed to replace it. In the mean time my small chest freeze had died so I stopped by and ordered a small chest freeze for downstairs while we picked out a different fridge for up stairs while we were trying to set up the delivery for both the person helping us could not figure out the computer and how to do a switch and a new purchase on the same order???? no fewer than 6 people had the fingers in our order and I had the feeling it would be screwed up. The night before the delivery I got a message saying they were dropping off the fridge between 9-12 the next day, I called back and was told the chest freezer would be delivered a couple days later to which I said I am not taking another day off work and I would wait until the freezer was in stock and do it on the same day, I was told it was in stock but the orders came in a different times and had to be done in the order they came in?????????? I told them that I wanted a supervisor to call which he did within 15 minutes I explained the situation and he said he would take care of it. the next day the truck showed up WITHOUT the chest freezer AND did not know it was an exchange and claimed the did not have room on the truck to take the old one. I told them to change it out and leave the other in the garage and they could pick it later...they had to call in to get that ok'ed. I got a call later in the day asking me to come home because they had found the chest freezer in the truck, I told them I was 70 miles away but they could go thru the back door of the garage press the button by the door and grab the old fridge and leave the chest freezer in the

Poor customer service | Best Buy review from Framingham, Massachusetts

I purchased a dishwasher, I was given the wrong information on the day I would receive a delivery notice, I was given the wrong information on when they would call with a delivery notice, I was on hold for 45 minutes to clear the matter up and the phone was then disconnected. In rush hour traffic I had to go to store to find out 2 hr delivery time for next day so I could be home. Sarcastic "have a nice day" from sales person when telling about poor customer service. Best Buy is not the place to buy appliances that need to be delivered.

Today (11/10/14) I received the worst customer service of my life at Best Buy on Wetmore and 1st Ave in Tucson Arizona. I came in to exchange a Television I bought just under 30 days ago because when I turned it on the picture was distorted. I had just moved into a new home when I bought the TV and because I was so busy that month it sat exactly where I placed it until turning it on two days ago when I discovered the picture was damaged. I explained this to the young man at the desk and he called over a manger - Alex. The two of them looked over the TV in the back. Then Alex came over and coldly informed me that the policy is that I have 14 days to return/exchange anything and there was nothing he could do for me. He also let me know that if it were the holidays he would be able to exchange it because they extend their return/exchange policy then. I was shock - firstly, if I had known I only and 14 days I would have turned it on within the 14 days. Second, I could not believe he would tell me that about their Holiday policy, as if to rub it in. Not satisfied with how Alex handled the situation, I asked for a customer service number. Alex provided me with the number, then telling me he was going to packaged the TV back up - encouraging me to leave. I called the customer service number and spoke to a gentleman who was much better at customer service than Alex. He informed me that I was an Elite Member which entitled me to 45 days return/exchange and that I was well within that time phrase. He actually asked to speak with Alex and the two spoke on my phone for a moment. After getting back on the phone with customer service the gentleman told me that it was entirely up to the managers discretion. Seeing my history of large purchases and never having returned a thing, he did not understand why the manager would not make an exception. Frustrated but with no other options I spoke with Alex one more time. Still not interested in what I had to say or coming up with a solution, Alex told me that it was his personal belief that I damaged the TV when I removed it from the box. He reiterated that it was "the policy". Having no other option I left the store with a broken TV, feeling completely robbed. I will never step foot in a Best Buy again.

Best Buy - Installation Review from White Lake Township, Michigan

Went to purchase a new TV decided on a 60 inch Sony. Price in store was one price...checked google since Best Buy does price matching....Oh I found a cheaper price. Imagine the sales rep surprise when I informed him Best Buy's own website had it $150 cheaper. They did honor the price. I have seen it the othet way too. Dishwasher on line doesnt show free installation but in the store they have a sign showing free installation. While its convenient to order on line and go pick it up, its worth the few extra steps to go and check the in store price or make sure you check the on line price when purchasing items in the store.

They need to be reported to someone who regulates business practices out there . We bought a dishwasher from them online. They sent us several informational texts about delivery. They did not tell us that we needed an extra part for our dishwasher. I got that out of them by calling to ask. Then they never told us that in "our area" they did not install and that they would not take the old dishwasher away unless it was unistalled. They are horrible, leave out vital information. I face a day of my husband swearing and trying to install the darn thing himself. All because of Best Buys lousy customer no service. Awful ..will never purchase online from them again.

Best buy is the absolute worst! I have never been treated so poorly or experienced such awful customer service in my life! The only reason we purchased our "new" (but it was really used, had water in it and did not get the insulation with it or the box) dishwasher is because they wouldn't return a TV that was ONE day past the return policy. They have GOT to be trained to pass the buck on every call bc that is what happens every single time.. it's unreal. My husband spent 4 hours with them last night just to resolve NOTHING. Not its 8am and we're starting again. This was NOT our fault, yet we are doing all of the leg work and trying to fix it. All we want is a warranty as they sold us a used dishwasher with no insulation or box at the new price..is that so much to ask? This is the 3rd time we've dealth with BB and this will be the last. They have not only lost us as customers, but our friends and family and anyone else we know will be advised of this terrible stressful service as well.

I spent 1 hour buying a i pad. Comes out they gave me wrong i pad. I went to exchange. Person at desk name mike extremely rude. Did not want to help to exchange the i pad. he also mention go ahead complaint my name is mike. We got insulted very bad. We don't need anything. We request please teach your employee some respect to handle things in proper ways. sam gupta west fargo 7015401719. we feel this total discremeting. this is my first time shopping at fargo store. i cant expect anything better. i have hotel in town. we take care the people with pride and give them great service. they come bak all the time.
