Best Buy review in Saraland, Alabama: Shipping Issue

I ordered a Blu-ray player online with a specific delivery date of two days. This way, I would be home. I received my delivery notice today for it to be delivered tomorrow! I'll be at work. It is being shipped UPS, so I thought "no problem", I'll have delivery changed to will call and pick it up at the UPS hub (which I do for every delivery, photo ID required). Can't do it. My only choices allowed by BestBuy are to leave it with a neighbor (not at home either) or they'll wind up dropping it in my yard where either my 140# Rott will eat it or someone will pick it and take it home. This was not mentioned in the shipping information from BestBuy. If I had known this, I would have purchased the item somewhere locally where I could carry it out. Now begins the hassle of probably seeing my package returned after being paid for due to me being unable to be home to receive it!

Best Buy - Cell Phone Upgrade Review from Meridian, Idaho

Best Buy customer service sucks. Went to store Nampa Idaho to uupgrade phone, wait for service, when someone finally offered to help. He was told we had to get on waiting list asked how long it wowould be and was told hard to tell. No one else was in the area and another customer had 3 agents helping them . When we finally got someeone to help us they checked and only had 1 phone and we wanted 2, their solution was for one of us to get that one and the other one would have to wait a week when next order came in. We told them no thanks and thank him for wasting our time. We left, went to Wal-Mart got what we wanted faster and cheaper. Not going to Nampa Best Buy again. I sent email to Best Buy and have not received a reply as of today.

Best Buy Manager Misconduct

Best Buy in Union, NJ Worst Customer service. provided the receipt spoke with a manager Mr. Pedro Acevedo, he stated "we can't take this back because the pieces are missing" I specified well it was purchased in this store in that same order so I shouldn't be held accountable. Mr. Acevedo got nasty with me the customer and a patron of that Best Buy. Mr. Acevedo being Manager clearly didn't know the store policy. That states if an item is purchased by November 1st through the December 31st clearly is considered a Holiday Sale and an exchange should be honored.

The most difficult thing to do in bestbuy? is to first, find a sales associate and second, find a sales associate that has been trained and cares. It always appears to me that you must have lawyer skills when questioning a bestbuy? associate about a product and bestbuy? policies. 2 years & 1 month ago I purchased my second "over the range" this microwave. The first one lasted 1 1/2 years. So, this time I purchased a 2 year extended warranty with the intension of purchasing another extension when the first one expired if the microwave hadn't been repaired during the first 2 years. When purchasing the warranty, I asked the sales associate if I would be notified when the warranty was approaching expiration. The answer was that I would receive an email a month prior to expiration. My mistake was believing that the associate was providing me with an accurate account of the bestbuy? policy and cared. I have just looked at my warranty and the expiration was a month ago. The microwave is still operating but bestbuy? will NOT provide another extension because they did not do the job the associate sold me. CONGRATULATIONS bestbuy?, I will NEVER enter a bestbuy? store again, I will urge everyone I know to find a store with honest, accuracy, trained and caring associates. I can no longer trust this store with my time & money.

I bought a portable mp3 player at the Richfield, MN store and purchased the extended warranty with it. But a few months later the screen began to turn black. I took it back but Best Buy refused to honor the extended warranty claiming that I had purposely caused the screen failure. I asked for a senior4 manager and he just listened to the guy who refused the exchange and agreed with him. That was totally untrue and it made me angry they could weasel out of honoring an extended warranty like that. It isn't right, I wonder how many other people they have screwed out of replacements by tactics like this? I used to like going to their stores to look at the latest technology but after that experience, when they accused me of breaking my mp3 player on purpose, I won't shop there again. That's totally dishonest and no way to treat customers.

I hate Best Buy and all there *** products Like the *** Dynex DX-L26-10A only had the thing for 4years now its gone out. Where are the good products they use to make, a TV would last you 8-10 years; your luck if it makes it 4 years. Then Best Buy request you purchase a warranty for 49.99 well I didn't want to buy a warranty I had to purchase other products to go with the TV. Then there is no one to reach after hours that sucks! We need better products for consumers with great deals I hate Dynex products will never buy, please take them off the MARKET.

Tv's today are not CRT or rear projection type of displays like they were many years ago so don't expect them to function or last the same if they are not made the same. I've seen many tv's break within a few months so you are kind of lucky to get 4 years. Had you purchased the 49 dollar coverage you would have been taken care of.

Went to buy a telephone at the Bestbuy in Roosevelt field Mall , NY on 11/21/14 .after waiting at the checkout line for 10 minutes I was told they were only Accepting cash only at this Bestbuy . The employees here are totally lost , they have no clue on good customer service . The manager was nowhere in site . I left my items at the register and exited away. Don't waste your time coming to this bestbuy. I should have known something was wrong when the entire store was empty . I will buy my electronics elsewhere . I couldn't make a complaint online with Bestbuy it is very difficult to do as well .

I went to BB at Fordham Road in early Sept. and made a deposit for Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii-U. The employee told me my game was guaranteed to be there on release day. Fast forward to Oct. when the 3DS version comes out, I had to go quick because I had to go to work afterwards. So I get there at 12pm and wait in line for 25 minutes because apparently they need 3 employees to help one man return a fan. Then when it was my turn, the lady said "Sorry we don't have it anymore." Then I said"but I pre-ordered, you SHOULD have my game" Then she said"well when it comes to pre-orders, it's 1st come-1st serve". So I argue saying that completely negates your pre-order policy. so because of all that I left angry and was late for work. Just to make sure I get my Smash bundle, I pre-ordered and paid for the game online so that I'd get it today and avoid the frustration of last time. But I didn't get my game delivered and decided to go to BB and see if they have my original pre-order. So I go today to pick up my Wii-U version and sure enough, the same *** happened again. It was first come, first serve. So I was livid, but decided to just call Customer Service. After being transferred 6 times and put being on hold for a total of 3 hrs, I talked to supervisor and explained this. After the *** they pulled they offered me 10 dollars as compensation. I took it and said I will be going on social media to tell everyone how horrible BB is to their customers. And not surprisingly, many other people are having the exact same problem with their pre-ordered game. Funny, because as I write this, I got an email from BB saying the game I ordered is delayed and won't arrive til Dec 24. So to anyone who has a problem with BB, call corporate, *** calling customer service. And if they give you *** in person, ask for the managers name and the name of the employees who gave you trouble and mention you WILL call corporate and report them to the Better Business Bureau. They have our names, numbers and all our info in their systems and they can't even contact their customers to inform them of the progress of the item they ordered? So they took my money and did not deliver on their promise. That's called robbery. I will NEVER give BB any of my business, EVER. And if they think they can keep getting away with this to their customers, then sooner or later they will fall apart and go out of business. Don't believe me? Ask the people who worked for Circuit City.

Best Buy - Refrigerator Review from Bronx, New York

Best Buy on Fordham Rd in the Bronx is very dishonest! I have been without a Refridgerator since 11/13/14! It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday 11/18/14 then it went til Friday 11/21/14!! No excuse why the date changed no one could give an explanation!! Now here it is 9:34 p.m & still no Refridgerator! We should've have been the first one's on the list for delivery but no we are the last! Never ever again will I Purchase another Appliance from Best Buy! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either!! I can't believe them either!! We have been buying ice for a cooler for 7 ****ing days!! I should've went to SEARS or P.C RICHARDS like I usually do!! BEST BUY stands for BEST *** NEVER A ****ING again will I BUY ANY APPLIANCES!!!

Hey Bro, I live near there and that BB at Fordham is terrible. I had bad experiences the last few times I went there.

Either the employees are negligent or incompetent, it really is frustrating! It's as if they have people who didn't graduate High School and their friends running that place. I went to the BB in Yonkers (Central Ave.) and I got what I needed and one of the employees there lives in Fordham and told me she doesn't go to the BB there because it's horribly managed.

So my advice is to go PC Richards on Grand Concourse and ask for Jeffrey, he's the manager there. He's very respectful and takes his job seriously.

Internet Security Review

The Geek Squad failed to process my internet security renewal over the phone. This acurred despite having a credit card on file and instructions to do so. The Geek Squad doesn't care. And more to the point, they don't care that they don't care. Best Buy has lost another customer.
