I think you need an overhaul, on customer service, hold times, transfers, and faulty connections. I am tired of employees that lie, don't check in, can't look up an order. This is even with receipt info, date of purchase, and rewards numbers, I think your falling short, hiring labor over seas, and lacking proper training. I am annoyed that you high techs that damage my home, that can't reconnect water lines after being told they would. I again have rcorded calls. Your in the WRONG Call recordings will be youtubed Sadly I have hours of them, on phones, iPads and more. Figure out were consumers are not numbers.

Must be something about Denver! All YOU'RE doing is shouting into the wind, on this site.

If you can't get any satisfaction at the store level (Your post includes so little actual information, there's really no way to tell!) then call 1-888-237-8289 and ask for customer care.

If it's a service issue, then call Geek Squad's number. Ranting on here get's you nothing!

"I live in Calgary, 2 separate ads for an item was in their flyer, regular $400 for $50 off. Turns out in both ads no locations stock the item & when I phone locations & customer service they can't see their warehouse inventory or order the item, or bring it in from another store. I asked for contact info of head office and the only way to contact them in snail mail! No email address. Maybe they should hire Geek Squad to show them how to use email. If you shop her or Future Shop you should expect no customer service. Save yourself grief & hassles & do NOT SHOP AT BESTBUY or FUTURE SHOP!

No email address to contact or phone #to HO, just a customer service line with people who have no idea of what they are talking about & don't know how to contact HO other than snail mail.

Maybe hire an Internet company to set up a email address for head office?

Bought Dr. Dre headphones online at Bestbuy.com on Black Friday. Really wanted a red set but after placing it in my cart the website would not allow me to go back to my cart to finish the purchase. Attempted this for over 3 hours! I finally was able to order a green set and the order went through. The cart kept showing my red set but would not complete the transaction. The next day and for 3 more days I received emails from Bestbuy stating "Did you forget something?" showing my red set in the cart but not available online. Repeated emails to bestbuy support brought only form/canned replies. I went to the store the following week to exchange the green for red as they had the headsets on their shelf. I was told I could not exchange MY purchase (still in the box and unopened) because it was an "older model" no longer available. I could return it and pay $90 more for this model. BAIT and SWITCH!! Black Friday deals are a scam!!

You cannot purchase certain black Friday deals online they are in store only like your headphones were. Cyber Monday is when you should have placed your online order or gone into the store like millions of other people did that weekend if you wanted that deal.

There was a Dyson D44 cordless vacum advertised in sundays flier.When I went to the store to buy one,the cashier said it was a different model.They then tried to pull the old bait and switch and sell me a more expensive one.I pointed out the one in the ad and requested that one even if they had to backorder it.After about 15 minutes of getting nowhere,no offer of a substitute or raincheck,I had run out of time an had to get to work.They made what should have been a simple purchase frustrating.I can clearly see why people are shopping online more.If you advertise something you know is a good deal,make sure you have enough inventory.

Terrible Customer Service | Best Buy review from Westminster, Colorado

After buying a iPhone 6 case for my phone, I threw away the receipt and box. Called back the next day asking if there was any way I could return it and at least get a store credit. The manager I spoke with was very helpful tried to look me up with my phone number which the cashier did not ask me for. I told him I do not have the box or a receipt. I was told that as long as the product was still new and not ruined in any way then they will let me exchange it or they will give me store credit. I go in the store the next day and they told me there was nothing they could do after all that. They did not give me any options, just told me sorry. So it looks like I am no longer shopping at Best Buy.

Best Buy-Worst Online Shopping Experience

I bought a hp printer online last Tuesday when it's on sale. But I didn't get any information on the item since then. No email. The online status checking shows "error message" all the time. Called the customer service several times. At first they kept telling me that it's in progress. Today I phoned again and was told that they are checking with the warehouse. They tell me to wait 48 hours for response, which was exactly what they told me two days ago. Then the employee said he's gonna talk to the manager. After he came back, he told me that the item was damaged when it was being packed. Because that was the last one, so he had to refund me. So ridiculous. What if I didn't make this call, or insist him to check, am I supposed to wait another month for an item that will never come. Worst online shopping experience. Will never go to Best Buy again.

STOLE or SOLD OUR COMPUTER | Best Buy review

We took our pc to Best Buy to have a repair and they never called or (e)mailed and when we would call theyd say one thing or another never that they had sold or destroyed it that is until I sent a complaint to the better business bureau. Now they are only offering $300 for my pretty new $800 computer. They are now saying we abandoned it which is not true.We called numerous times and even went to store only to be given the runaround. Even corporate lied to us and the BBB. They gave us 6 days to accept $300 and we arent even in town. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I wonder if this is a case where you were dissatisfied with the repair and refused to pick it up and thus they are saying it was abandoned. I also doubt the BBB is in on this as you are implying. There's more to this story on your end than what you are admitting to.
