I bought a samsung tv on sale cyber monday online to be pick up in the store near me, suppostly was going to be ready for pick up the next day, but instead I got a notice saying I will be able to pick it up in a few days. Then I got about 4 more e mails in 4 different occasions giving me different dates to pick it up because it was back order, then after all that wait they without notice canceled my order. Now just a cople days before christmas they cancel my order when I could have bought the same tv for the same price on that day from Target and another retailer. I can't find that price anymore because the sale is over if they would mark the items no longer in stock I would have gotten it at Target. I called and complain to Best Buy they said they will send me an apology letter, thanks a lot, i can't give their *** apology letter as a gift. They Ruin Christmas!

So when u buy something just dont have attached to your account then it's not tied to your name and u can return items anytime this way just when u have it attached to account it will flag it

In the past few years I've had zero good experiences with this company.. It seems that no one working for them knows what is going on from one department to another. Ask two people the same question and you get two different answers neither of which are helpful. I'll never shop here again. Their customer service and support is severely lacking.

samsung galaxy 5s--had battery issues--would heat up, drain really quickly, and then not take a charge. Went into local BB (nice people who work there), they told me that b/c it was under warranty, I would get a new phone, but would have to send it back. BB sent me a box to send the phone back to where ever they do the repairs. This box had just a sticker in it, so I included the receipt I got from initiating the service. Got it back today--it is a refurbished phone (b/c I have their *** protection plan) and had NO battery. I was told by the store when I called just now that I was supposed to keep my battery--but gee, that was the source of the problem. Now it will take another 3-4 business days to get a battery (today is Friday, so many more days sans phone), and that was only after pushing hard to get expedited shipping. No apologies on the phone for this. I am disgusted. Do NOT bother with their "protection plan." I will just buy a used phone from eBay next time.

Would not price match | Best Buy review from Astoria, New York

These people would not price match a game I purchased just because I used reward zone certificates to pay for it. Why couldn't they just credit my account with certificates that covered the difference in price? They told that would be like giving me $10. WTF kind of logic is that. I will never shop here again. What ever happened to excellent customer service now a days companies are all take and no actions. They advertise all these services and promos and yet they still manage to find ways to screw the consumers. Like $10 would break Bestbuy. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

That makes no sense as I was able to return a product that I used a $50 certificate. The points were refunded back to my RZ account in about 14 days. Whichever store you went to had untrained employees or just wanted to act *** to you.

Haven't you ever heard that old saying, "It's easier to apologize than to ask permission?" Well, if the display was working, it wouldn't have been an issue. Since it wasn't, and since there was no one nearby to help, he took it upon himself to open a new one!

(Which, if it had been security wrapped like it was supposed to be, he couldn't have done, anyway!) ME? I would have walked up AND APOLOGIZED for not being available to help him! Not only that, I would've had a manager give him $5 off the thing to take the one he opened home!

You're okay, Jim...I don't care what that other guy says about ya! ;)

17 years ago they screwed me out of 50.00. I took it all the way to corporate. They didn't want to bother with me. I buy a lot of electronics. I am sure that in the last 17 years they wouldn't have made the 50.00 on me. They even charge a 15% restocking fee for opened returned items. Thank goodness for Tigerdirect.com and Crutchfields.

If you had purchased that case on amazon or ebay and it broke 4 months later you would have the same exact problem you have now if you didn't purchase additional coverage. Your expectations are unreasonable

I purchased a phone with an insurance plan. When an issue happened with my phone, they informed me that I didn't have insurance on my device. After investigating, the told me they cancelled the insurance and notified me to renew it. I never received a notification and they cannot track or send me information regarding the sent/delivered notifications. My device became ineligible for reinstatement of insurance because notifications were sent (with no record available to share) and no response from the responsible recipient was received. I am highly upset with Best Buys customer care team whose response was "You are *** out of luck. Have a wonderful day!"I boycott businesses that have poor customer service, what a shame... I will no longer support Best Buy with my money or my business.
