Poor service - Westbury | Best Buy review from Tampa, Florida

I would like to file a complaint about Christine from the Samsung Galaxy Kiosk area. I had just purchased a Note 4 and needed assistance with switching all the data over from my old device. She was by far too busy texting on her iPhone and even made a remark " It was past her time to be there". This is a very poor reflection on Best Buy as well as Samsung. I would hope that this issue gets addressed. I think it was very distasteful that as a paying customer she had total disregards that I was in need of assistance, but made time to address her personal device.

This was something that needed to be addressed at the store level. 1) If she was unable to help you, she a) shouldn't have been on the floor, b) shouldn't have been talking on her cell in uniform, c) should have taken you to the employee on duty.

2) Until she's off the clock, she's available...

3) If she's not working, she should be off the floor. I need to stop now before my head explodes.

You were in the store....you purchased a PS4 from the shelf......and you didn't notice or think to see if it was or had been opened? Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft ALL have specific seals on their products to alert you to the fact that there was tampering. I think you know that though, and if not...caveat emptor

Great service | Best Buy review from Columbus, Ohio

I went to best buy in Miami FL and purchase some items for the holidays. The service provided is excellent and the reps helped me with all my purchases. I arrived at around noon time and was instantly approached by a manager looking to assist with my purchases. He directly me to the correct aisles and even walked me over to there. He was very knowledgable and explained about all the product features for each gift I was getting for kids. I would highly recommend Best Buy over online retailers as you will get more personalized service and be able to see the products first hand.

I am here because I am in the same situatio, but they strung me along for over a month with an original delivery date and then a date I accepted as a reschedule. The only thing they ever delivered was a headache.

I was told at the end that basically the website is terrible and I should go to the store and I certainly will... the Home Depot store because Best Buy is awful.
