I ordered an 85 inch TV on Nov. 25th and was promised that the item will be delivered on Dec.

1st in my receipt, I took PTO from work since delivery schedule is from 7am-7pm but the item never arrived. I call customer service why the item was not delivered and they have moved the delivery on Dec. 8th without any reason in best buy system or even notification to the customer that they are moving it. Every time they view or try to edit the delivery date the system changes the delivery date without reason even without saving the changes.

Now the TV was going to be delivered on the 10th instead of the 8th, it just keeps moving and moving longer without any reason. It scheduled now on the Dec.

They wasted my PTO hours and time which I could have used somewhere else. I would have understand if the inventory is backlog and have notified me but they have available inventory in the store, a good costumer service would have been best buy would make adjustment to deliver it the following day or provide compensation for inconvenience of some sort but they provided nothing.

Below is a copy of my letters sent regarding a corporate structure failure of store managers and their Geek Squad. Please help resolve this issue before I seek legal and media help.

I have included photos of damage and A short video of the Geek squad employee responsible for this entire matter for you to witness.

Bestbuy Customer Complaint Department.

To whom it may concern,

On June 3 2021, I ordered a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator model WRSS588FIHZ04.

Order number BBY01-8064****7497. I was given the date August 12th as the delivery date. Disappointed that the delivery would be a month and half away and our remodeling of the kitchen will be done beforehand I decided to wait for Bestbuy.

Approximately 2 weeks before the August 12th delivery date I received an email from Bestbuy stating the delivery date had been changed to September 8th. I was even more disappointed but had to wait longer now.

Our remodeling now has to be delayed another month. Gurrr

September 8th came and delivery man "SACRET" broke the first piece within 5 minutes when unpacking the boxes while still outside in our driveway he dropped the right side door to the ground. My wife was outside and witnessed it. She immediately came inside to inform me.

I began the first of my 40 minute calls.

Sacret and his helper began to bring into our home the doors, several boxes then finally the main unit. After about 5 minutes of assembly I heard the sound of plastic snapping. I went into the kitchen to find both of them huddled around the bottom front of the unit trying to snap something into place by hitting it repeatedly with year fist. I knew they damaged it when they dropped the right side door outside and the snap when they were inside I heard confirmed something else was now broken.

They heard me on the phone calling BESTBUY and making a complaint.

When they saw me they moved on to hanging the 2 doors. 5 minutes later the only thing they said to us that my wife and I heard and that could be understood was "we had 15 days to return it or make a complaint". No we are finished, we are done or thank you, nothing. We thought they were going to their truck to bring us some kind of paperwork but NO, they got in the truck and left.

My wife and I went to see our new refrigerator and were shocked to see the right side door was over 1" lower than the left.

Then my wife found a large piece of grey plastic laying about 3 feet away from where they were assembling the unit. That piece obviously went flying and they didn't find it before I came in to see what the noise I heard was and went on to hanging the doors. They broke the bottom trim pieces both left and right side. Also damaged the stainless steel door right side.

On that same day I was offered a replacement unit but NOT until November 18th the week before Thanksgiving.

At that time I had no choice other than more waiting.

The evening of the 8th my wife and I discussed the matter and decided we didn't want broken refrigerator in our remodeled house. My wife found the exact unit at Lowes who could delivery it in 3 days. We bought it and they delivered and installed it.

I then called Bestbuy for a pickup and refund for the damaged equipment one I received.

On Sept 13 I got a return order #112125****714 with a pickup date of 11/13.

This is where things go from bad to worse! Who you sent to pickup the damaged refrigerator was none other than SACRET the same nasty young man who broke it to start with.

The helper was the first to enter the house.

He looked the unit over and my wife told him the two screws that go to the cover they broke were inside the bag with the tools and paperwork that came with the unit. He went out side to talk to SACRET and get tools to remove the doors. "Lowes delivered and installed the replacement unit totally assembled with the doors on the unit".. but hey they knew what they were doing.

SACRET then came into our home with an attitude and right off started saying they wernt going to take it back if all the screws weren't there. My wife spoke louder reiterating what she had already told them. That's when SACRET told her to lower her voice when talking to him. She and I are totally disabled 70s age wearing hearing aids and naturally speak loudly.

She responded with it was her house and she speaks louder to be heard and didn't want to repeat herself a third time. She the said "well since you are going to remove the doors over our new floors will you at least cover them"? He promptly responded loudly with no! And he was leaving and not going to take it back.

My wife then saw 2 large clumps of mud on our new floor, right where SACRET had been standing. As he was walking out our door she said "hey how about this mud you brought in and left on our floor"? I took out my phone and began to video at this time. He turned around and came back inside, looked at the mud clumps and said "well it came from you driveway" and he wasn't going to clean it up.

I can send you the video if you like. Just need an email address. SACRET was rude and belligerent. Never have I been talked to like that much less in my own home.

I told him to get off my property and never to "one back to my house. He responded as getting in his truck " GOOD LUCK GETTING PICKED IT UP I'LL SEE TO THAT". And it seems he has the power to do that as a lying delivery man from the Freek squad of Geek squad.

After multiple calls to Bestbuy. Case numbers 26880****, 269621****, 26950****, 26959**** and 26996**** all so far no one has come to pick up the broken refrigerator we drove to the store.

Living in the county it's a 45 min drive.

September 22 drove to Bestbuy Colonial Heights Virginia and spoke to manager JEVAUGHN - ANTHONY FORD store manager.

I wanted to know why I was told to be home between 7am 1pm on two different occasions and no one comes.

Now the lies really unfold. Jevaughn said he knows SACRET and he is the only appliance driver he has.. He tells me he was familiar with the situation and SACRET showed him some pictures of where we had tampered with a control panel and therefore they were not going to take it back.

We were SHOCKED by that. We didn't know anything about a control panel much less where it was other than the door controls for water and Ice.

I had the pictures time dated and stamped of the damage from day one on my phone and showed them to JVAUGHN FORD and the refrigerator looks the same today as it did on Sept 8 when SACRET broke it.

In my defense I asked to see the pictures SACRET showed him that made JVAUGHN FORD store manager accept that as the truth. And continues to take it back based on the lies he was told by SACRET. He refused to produce them. I asked to speak to hi boss and he said he would pass this up and they would get back to me that was 2 weeks ago.

Nothing SACRET AND JEVAUGHN FORD are in this customer scam together. I sent multiple request to JEVAUGHN FORD asking for proof of pictures of OUR WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR that allows him to deny return. Each time I sent him dated pictures of our unit showing no control panel present nor any damage other than from the start.

Upon returning home the neither the owners manual nor anything that appears in the Whirlpool shop manual shows anything called a "control panel".

After many many hours spent on the phone with many customer support, special teams, expedites, escalates, & Primary Services. I realized what SACRET ment when he said " GOOD LUCK GETTING PICKED IT UP I'LL SEE TO THAT".

It is apperant that the delivery man SACRET is in charge of your customer satisfaction not your company.

Show me the proof pictures than JEVAUGHN FORD believes in! You can't because they don't exist.

Lastly what has happened is every time a pickup request is attempted by your help line people, they can't get around the fact that it is locked out by either SACRET or Jevaughn and always shows as out for pickup.

This is seriously wrong and I am preparing to contact my attorney if this is resolved soon. Never in all our years have we been treated this way.

Finally in resolution on a phone call with JANET from primary services, she said if I paid the $100.00 for a professional mover to come and move the refrigerator out of our house to our garage the money would be included in our refund. That way The SACRET gang can get it from there and not enter our home.

She said since it still marked as out for pickup she couldn't even get that done.

Thank you for your time in trying to resolve this issue from a long time customer. Over the years we have purchased 2 wide screen TV, 4 home computers, 5 laptops, DVD player, blueray player, software, 3 camcorders etc.

Let's not make it my last time to bestbuy.

On October25th I brought my computer in to Geek squad for repair at this location 30701 Gratiot Ave, Roseville Mich 48066 phone number 285-**** I have heard nothing for 19 days no call no email about what is going on with my repair. I went in to day physically to see.

What i hear was awful. I spoke to the tech at the desk and he said that they can not fix it that there are only 2 techs himself and one other. The other tech is on family leave. he as much as told me i will lose everything and have to start from scratch lost 9000 photos and such every thing on my computer .

he says that they can not boot it and data recovery fails, How can a business only have 2 techs in the store and not even sure how qualified they are.

I cried all the way home knowing that more than 900 photos are lost. They said they could send it out for 500.00 i have their tech support , I can not afford 500 plus this is just heartbreaking I know that the fact i had to bring it in was something i may or may not have done and i feel awful but i trusted geek squad so what happens if it can not be fixed i a out a computer

Delivered with no outer box. Smashed box. I didnt even want to open it because I might be blamed for damage. Was told I have 15 days to return it, if I didnt want to keep it. Sounded like they didnt even believe it was sent from the warehouse like that. Didnt really acknowledge the fact that Best Buy store might not even take it back. Never again.

Best Buy, unlike Hisense honored their Geek Squad warranty. Everything is fine. Hisense warranty isn't anything but a scam. They never intend to honor their word. They get your money and you get a tv with flickering picture issues. The woman I actually did get to talk to at Hisense confirmed Hisense knew they had a faulty product, but sold them anyway. *** company.

Purchased new washer dryer unit from Best Buy - over $2,000. My first purchase delivered this morning.

The delivery team ran the washer and left. They didnt even stay around to make sure there were no problems. The entire kitchen floor is flooded and worried about neighbors below me. Water leaked all over my new wood floors and worried about damage.

Calling my consultant, tech support, customer service goes nowhere. Cant do laundry and used every towel so far to try to stop flooding. Unbelievable that the tech team has no way to reach the delivery team.

No phone options only email. I am just stuck with this mess.

There was only one repairman to cover from the N.O. North Shore, to Baton Rouge and I live just south of the Mississippi line. Long story short, Best Buy came through with their Geek Squad warranty. I have a tv that isn't a Hisense, who wouldn't honor their warranty. ... But Best Buy did. That's the reason I buy at Best Buy. They have good insurance.

I had a 6:20pm appointment with Geek Squad at the Best Buy in Sherman Texas this evening. When I got there, there was no one there at the desk to help Me. I waited a few minutes , then left. There was a nice TV with My name and appointment time on it , so I know I was there at the correct time. Where were Your people ? I think I will find someone else to repair My laptop.

Ordered 2 gift cards. They attempted delivery on a Sunday when the building is closed. Got a text that the cards were sent back Dec 4. This is the 16th! No refund yet. I had to go somewhere else and purchase the cards. Never had such difficulty getting a refund. And further trouble COULD NOT TALK TO A LIVE PERSON! Best Buy is off my list of companies to purchase from.
