Best buy in Baxter MN has the worst customer service. Staff is poorly informed. We have dealt with best buy for years in Metro. We have had good experiences in Mpls metro area and then move to Brainerd MN. The Best Buy in Baxter MN is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I'm will do any thing in my power to purchase my products any place other than best buy. Next purchase I make I will use Amazon. Great customer service and quick shipment. I have had no hassles with Amazon. Best Buy is just worried about profits and have left customer service by the side of the road.

You haven't hired an attorney - or else you wouldn't threaten to sue. When those of us who DO hire attorneys hire one, we stop talking about it and let the legal eagle do the flying.

Likewise, Best Buy is not going to pay to remodel your home from a dishwasher. A hose broke free after usage for X period of time - thats considered a maintenance item and not defect or negligence on their part. There is no "code" for connecting the water coupling. The only way a dishwasher would "flood" your kitchen and living room is if they were only 12 sqft total combined.

I smell scam here big time, and I investigate these things for a living. Stop plastering the place with your hopeless rant.

Best buy did not Price match as advertised.

Best buy did not process the price match as advertised. 2/16/15 - I bought the TV for 699.99 2/21/15 - I called Best buy for price match Amazon had it for 635. After the customer service checked she told me that she will process the credit it should be on my credit card bill. I check my February & March bill but I didn't see the credit. 4/16/15 - I called Best Buy spoke to Taj Harris ref # 157581201. He told me the girl did not put any notes. He will put in a request to listen to the recording and call me on Monday. 4/17/15 - I got an email from Amazon showing the price 635. I called Best Buy spoke to Rennee ref # 157649447. Ask him if he can check ref # 157581201 which he did. But Taj Harris did not put anything regarding to check the call from February. So for the 3rd time I explained the whole thing to Rennee and now I get an email from you stating that "we have denied the price match request sent to us on 04/17/15 for your Samsung - 50" Class (49-1/2" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black." Can you retrieve my call after 2/16/15 and listen what I was told. Also, see attached email from Amazon confirming the price of 635.

Bought a tablet and I got a crack in the screen went to the store and asked if they can fix it and would pay they told me no because I didn't get the warranty. DONE with this guys. what a customer service.

Actually that is true. Best Buy hired a third party to deliver your fridge which means it is that company's insurance which is supposed to cover any damage.

I worked for a furniture company which only used third party deliveries and anytime a customer had an issue of damage we directed them to the delivery company since it's their responsibility/fault. So I would stop harassing Best Buy and either take the delivery company to small claims court or get a lawyer if they continue to stonewall you.

Don't EVER get a Best Buy Card

So I've purchased a 60 inch television a while back and have been making payments on it. A couple days ago, I looked on my Best Buy account statement to find that what I previously owed (around 300 dollars) had turned into 900 dollars!!! Along with this, my minimum payment went up from 25 to 31 dollars. I haven't made any late payments or anything like that, so I thought this must be a mistake....I mean that's crazy for me to buy practically twice the price of the television. My response was to email the customer service and they told me this happened because it had been over a certain time limit. I thus responded back saying...so you think that because I haven't paid by a certain time period (even though I've always paid on time) that I should have to pay twice the amount of the TV?????!!! I think not!

I don't think you should get any more credit cards if you can't understand how accrued interest works/don't read the credit card agreements.

"For Same As Cash Plans, if interest is applied, the interest is accrued

from the transaction date of the purchase through the current cycle."

That is from the credit agreement YOU signed. It states that after the interest free period ends, your interest accrues from the day you purchased the TV.

So if you have only been making the minimum payments every month, then interest has been building on the balance since day 1.

After the interest free period (18 months lets say) then ALL that interest that was building up comes back and is added to the balance.

The idea of an interest free period is that you are supposed to pay off the WHOLE balance in that time, not just tiny pieces. This is how EVERY credit card treats interest free promotional periods.

Also, this is a policy of Capital One since it is their credit card and their money, not Best Buy's.

I had a terrible experience with the whole process of installation of appliances and changing of damaged merchandise. First, it was my gas range stove. I bought the parts needed for it to be installed, but the installer told me that I needed to change the valvular first before installing; I did what he asked me to do, but he never could come back to do so. Then the microwave came horribly damaged on March 26th and couldn't have it exchanged for a new one until April 2nd. The installation was supposed to be on April 3rd between 3-7pm, but the installer did not come for the appointment. I was restlessly waiting and calling him only to find out that he wouldn't come until 9 pm. At 9 when I finally got someone from Best Buy on the phone, he told me that the installer as well as the installation department, called to reschedule the appointment since nobody was home. Which was not true. They rescheduled it for today, April 8th between 3-7pm, but 12:30 pm today, I received a message from the installer saying that he came by the house to install the microwave, but nobody was there. Well...of course not! The appointment was supposed to be between 3-7pm today. I called Best Buy to ask for help and I spoke with the supervisor of the installation department. He promised me that the installer would be there on time today between 3-7 pm, which did not happen. So, I had to cancel the installation and ask for my money back, since I was rightfully frustrated, after 15 days of waiting for this service. Now I have to find someone else to install the microwave for me, since it is not useful without being installed. I could not get the service that I paid for which is absolutely unacceptable!

Bad, Bad Service and Untruths are told | Best Buy review from Arlington, Tennessee

I bought and new 65 inch Samsung TV in April 2015. They did not have one in store but said they could get one from a nearby store. One week later & I still do not have TV. When you call store it takes 20 minutes to get someone to talk to and then you get the run around. Can never get the salesman that sold me the TV on the phone. Cannot get General Manager to take my call. Just wish I had gone down the street and purchased a TV somewhere else. When you go to store the sales personnel are standing around, but only interested in helping you if you are buying something. No interest in helping out a customer who has already purchased.
