Best Buy review in Warren, Indiana: Cannot repair 2yo washer

On june 12 called and got first reapair app. It was cancelled due to having no parts 5 parts and 6th visit sceduled, still not repired Waiting on 2 more parts to arrive Spoke with escalation dpt who said all technician had to do was deem washer Unrepairable in his notes AND IT COULD BE SWAPPED OUT Tech said his boss told him if he does that, he could lose his job!!!!what??? So after 5 visits and 5 parts, washer has not worked since 6-10 I bought the extentended warranty..what good is iit? I am a senior on limited income with an adult handicapped child I am in desparate need of working washer. Its an LG front load from BEST BUY.

Best buy is careless they will bring your stuff to u damaged

Best buy well lets just say dont let them deliver anything to u cause they will bring it damaged and say it wasnt them smh they try to blame it on the warehouse so u mean 2 tell me everything in the warehouse is damaged cause this aint the first time and i aint the only one ..i have alot items deliverd to me from many places and best buy is the only place that delivers damaged items smh maybe get some delivery ppl who can lift things and wont damage ppl items that they pay for with they hard working money

we bought 40 dollar cards there 3 times and not one card loaded even we didn't leave the store and tried the phone robot stated all 3 cards were empty. we still didn't leave the store and got mgmnt who after an hour told us nothing they can do. so we out 120...

Best Buy review: Purchased a HEPA filter, have been waiting for replacements for 5 months

With my doctor's order, I purchased a HEPA filter machine to help relieve my allergy symptoms at night. When I needed a replacement filter in February, they were not available. It is now June 19, they're still not available. At this point, I will no longer purchase anything from them. Disgusting.

BestBuy does not provide any service for Manufacturer's Warranty issues, only for "Extended Warranty" purchased from BestBuy. That term is misleading as it is not only for coverage after the Manufacturer's Warranty expires but even for the time the manufacturer...

So, what do you think a manufacturer's warranty is there for? After Best Buy's 15 day return policy anything that goes wrong with the product has to go through the manufacturer based on their warranty. That's how manufacturer's warranties work.

I wanted to talk with someone in the corporate office and they have never bothered to call me. They have no desire to resolve this issue. I want to talk to someone in corporate only not anyone at the store level.

Worst store ever - I ordered an Air Conditioner Online - BIG MISTAKE - so they contracted Purolator for delivery - only they say it's too heavy to deliver - WTF - what kind of delivery company dosen't do deliveries? - I'm super super pissed right now after getting *** Over buy Amazon on 2 missed delivery dates then a lost Air Conditioner (cancelled that order) now the same *** - missed the wednsday delivery date - Who's going to reimberse me for all the work I'm missing to sit home waiting for *** that's not being delivered - If Purolator doesn't do deliveries the you should work with a company that does - I'll NEVER EVER purchase anything from your *** COMPANY ever again - your stores SUCK

I purchased a 55 inch TV and a bluetooth adaptor - the person who sold me it said the TV has 15 days return and the adaptor has 90 day return policy. I could not figure out how to work the bluetooth adaptor after talking with support several times and wanted to return it. The sales persona lied to me about the 90 day policy, the geek squad said it was 15 days all products due to my 'plan' level, and the managers would not make it right. I called corporate and the child who answered the phone said 'too bad' read the conditions after 45 minutes of wasting my time. I will never ever shop there again and I hope they go out of business like Circuit City did - I should have bought it on Amazon like I wanted.
