Had new 43" insignia tv 3 weeks now and volume doesn't come on every time tv is turned on. When watch dvd have to turn volume up to 20 and when watching cable volume level is around 6 when works. I called Best Buy and they told me the 2 week return policy is up and I would have to leave tv for repair. I told bb I would be happy to purchase a better quality tv from them and I should be credited the 179.00 I paid for this piece of junk, but was told I would have to bring in tv and we would discus. Will follow up after tonight, but tv is defective and I expect them to make it right after 3 weeks.

These people are fraud - geek squad | Best Buy review from San Jose, California

Store: Best Buy, El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA Manager: john Bestbuy service is going from bad customer service to fraud. I took my Apple Watch for service they diagnosed it and mentioned that it was a manufacture defect and they would fix it. After I handover the watch they damaged it and were saying it was physically abused. When I asked to give that in writing, they refused to give it. If anyone want to go to best buy for service make sure you take pictures before you give it to them. They are liars and don’t ever believe their word. I will never buy anything from best buy ever again.

Was to have a LG refrigerator to be delivered as of 9:20 but no call after that. Started calling around couldn't get a straight answer finally called again said truck broke down. No sorry, no call and no attempt to give an update. Going tonight to stop delivery and get my money back. No customer service with this company. Will never buy a thing again.
