Front door damage from Best Buy delivery

Purchased a $2300 refrigerator from Best Buy the Rim in San Antonio on 7/24/15. During delivery on 7/28/15, my solid mahogany front door was damaged. ( The delivery men had no idea what they were doing, they had to borrow my tools. ) Damage reported to their customer service and their insurance carrier on 7/29/15. After many phone calls and emails, it is one month later and they are no longer responding to either. Will never make a large purchase at Best Buy again. Should have stuck with Lowe's, never had a problem with delivery of appliances I have purchaed there.

I am asking for people that have been either cut off by Best Buys Citibank card while being up to date on their payments...then to have to go through the questionnaire not just once, but every time that you go through trying to pay them and being totally fed up because a computer saves info..but you have to keep answering the same questions every time you want to make a payment. It is like they are throwing up roadblocks to making payments to discourage people from making payments...Have you encountered this or were just tired of answering the same questions month after month? (Not looking for people that just would not pay their bill.)

I bought a LED TV from best buy online. product description said 2 HDMI port and 1 DVI port along with 2 optical audio port. when I got my TV it only had 2 HDMI port and no DVI port 1 Optical audio port. weight of TV was incorrect as well. since I needed DVI cable I asked best buy to send me a HDMI splitter / switcher or HDMI to DVI cable since you said there was DVI port. their answer was simple its none of our business no TV has DVI port anymore, you have to buy these on your own. its TV company's fault because we just write what they give it to us. this is 4th time Bestbuy *** me in the *** this year god I hate my self for using them

There are instructions inside of the box and you could also look online for instructional videos. You either bought a power line adapter or a range extender, both of rich are simple to use.

I bought a sound bar on line, no remote, I need the remote to link the woofer, I called and they said because it was an open box item it may be missing parts that I have to buy. It never stated that on line. So now I have to drive 100 miles to return this. This company is weak minded and doesn't take care of customers. I will return this and will spend even more to buy another unit from a better retailer. Best buy sucks! The remote is needed to make the system complete, they should have packed it.

Tonight we were at the Best Buy in Hyannis Ma. There was no one at the return service counter but us. An employee named Zach Thomas, watched us wait almost 15 minutes before another employee came from the back to help us. He was doing nothing at the time. How is it that employees at such a great company get away with this kind of behavior. This is not the first time this has happened to us at customer service. we are excellent customers of Best Buy. I would like to file a formal complaint against this employee. Thank you for listening.

Best Buy - Samsung Washer And Dryer Combo Review from Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from Best Buy 50"tv surround sound video game consoles games and a Samsung washer and dryer. I purchased the washer dryer November 2012 it stopped working last month puce 300 to fix it so I purchased another one and added the geek squad warranty this time now one month later geek squad is at my house again on the dryer this time. Best buy and geek squad would not do anything to help no wave of any fees I will pay for the repairs but my Best Buy card is history where is the loyalty to your good customers? Guess you don't need my future business..

So wait let me understand this but because you spend a lot of money at the store they should waive the fees because they were at your house servicing another appliance one month prior? If that is the case you are crazy, the company doesn't have any obligation to waive anything, the service you had done a month ago had nothing to do with the service now. Frankly you sound entitled.

Visited bestbuy in Burbank California to buy a printer. While the representative went to the back to bring it from overstock I walked to the Magnilia department. There I was greeted by a representative name Perer. Who then asked what he can help me I told him just browsing around to see. Asked him if he can direct me to the standing speakers he takes me to this one room with many selections. I then thank him and he asks what am I looking for nothing in general I reply. What's your budget he asks I'm not sure I tell him. He replies with all I have here is top quality and everything starts off at minimum $1,000 I reply with a oh ok nice. I ask him where do you guys have bosse I like the brand and had good results. He says I don't carry that bestbuy does I carry top of the line items only I don't think we are speaking the same language here . I reply with oh ok well thank you. He then says not saying you can't Afford it I'm just saying I have top quality . I again reply thank you, he walks away and goes to sit down. While leaving the Magnolia place I feel like this guy is just judgin me. Just an FYI Peter or management from this department. I'm a manager for a multi million dollar company where I manage 18 employees who get paid around $90,000 a year. For this speaker sales man here to tell me I can't afford this is a joke I was about to place my card and tell him to charge me some random items to shut his face up. This location was on of my top 3 I would take the drive from Sherman oaks to go to this Burbank location. And to have employees like this who think they are better than their customers is just unfortunate.

Purchased a radar detector and was told if I also purchase the protection plan, I would be able to return at any time for a cash refund. Tried returning the detector for a second time and all they wanted to do was give me a gift card. Sat around for manager before having to physically find him.

I went to bestbuy mobile in chinook center, calgary, alberta. There were 2 staff serving 2 customers at the time i got there. I waited for 10 minutes and finally someone asked how they could help. I needed to purchase outright a pay as you go phone. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later i was sighing and displaying my frustration. The other associate saw my frustration and asked what i needed. I told him and he opened the case to see they were out of stock. He went back to helping the customer and i asked if he could please call another store to see if they have one. It was now 40 minutes before closing. He called southcenter and got no response and couldnt tell me if they had any. Long story short i ripped over to southcenter mall and was going to bestbuy when i saw another mobile boutique by a totally different company. They had my phone in stock and were very fast at selling it to me. Bestbuy lost my business on this sale and i would NEVER RETURN. Its also worth mentioning while i was waiting at bestbuy i would guess about another 5 customers came to the line and got fed up at waiting and not even being asked if they could be helped and they left the store before me. The service was awful and you are losing tons of business the way you are operating. This is absolutely rediculous service.
