Ok, I have to admit my mistake. We found the package I thought was not delivered, totally my mistake. I still found the first person I spoke with at Best Customer Service to have been rude, and misinformed about my order history. I give him a 2 out of 10. It was a super busy day for them, the 26th of Dec., but after waiting 12 minutes he completely stated the wrong facts about my having called on the 18th and implied I was lying. That conversation lead me to call back to make sure no one else was ordering using my information, and after waiting 20 minutes on hold the lady was very nice and helpful, and told me the guy had been wrong, which was a huge relief. We then found the frying pan the next day, very nice by the way!, and I called back to cancel the renewed order, (and apologize). That lady was extremely nice and helpful and I only had to wait 5 minutes. So the item is great, WAS in fact delivered on time, but they need many more nice people on the customer service lines.

Went to the local Best buy Store to inquire about Geek DESK to service our Companies 300, HP 6700 Office jet printers. The young lady did not seem to know what I was talking about. So, I asked for the Geek Manager...Gabe showed up a few minutes later and Gabe talked to the young lady who I heard her call me an A----le. Then came over to speak to me, but stood appox. 20 feet away and said he was sick and did not want to come closer. What is a "sick" employee let alone a manager coming to work that sick? I told him my impreesion of his employee and he was offended, I guess, because to said,"we are all do here" and walked away. This cost Best but approx. $30,000 in service fees. Hundreds in supple costs annually and more. I will request that all locations replace thier HP products will EPSON. iIce going BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!

Bought a TV, a very nice one. Product delivery experience for my wife was terrible and issue with the product. Called, submitted request for help, no return phone call. Wrote on feedback form for order, no follow-up from company, called again and escalated again and I still haven't received a return phone call, 3 weeks later. I have called the store directly, they rarely actually pick up the phone AND they tell me they cannot help I have to wait for someone at corporate to call me back. They wouldn't even help me with the product issue and told me I had to work with the manufacturer. Shame on me, simply because BB is the most prolific company in this mid-range technology space, I went online AGAIN to buy another product for my company. Placed the order 2 days before Christmas, Was supposed to be delivered 12/28. No rush, it's for our office. THEY cancelled my order on Christmas day with no explanation, the price has now gone up and they won't honor the price. I think they realized they had discounted the product too much and simply cancelled to make more off every order out there since they still cannot explain this. This company is great is you know exactly what you want and you go into the store to purchases. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL IN POST PURCHASE CARE, AWFUL.

We ordered a television online from Best Buy and had a delivery date scheduled for 12/24. Late in the evening of 12/23 we received a text indicating that the delivery had been changed to 12/28. On 12/28, 4 hours prior to the delivery time we received another text and voicemail that they needed to reschedule until 1/4. I am dissappointed in Best Buy because we have previously purchased many appliances from them and have had good experiences, but recently other online services such as Amazon have shown better customer service, low prices and dependable delivery. Unfortunately, we can not continue to change schedules and make arrangements so we canceled our order and will look elsewhere for more dependablility.

Best Buy Sales Person Rip off customer!!

I bought a new HP-HEWLETT PACKARD HP Pavilion 15.6" Laptop - Silver from Best Buy 480 Progress Ave. Scarborough, ON, M1P 5J1 for their boxing day sale. The Unit cost 729.99 and on the product features it comes with a Windows 10 Home. My concern is that when I get to talk to one of the sales person when i bought the unit is that they said that the unit comes only with windows 8 and I had to pay them extra 150 CAD to upgrade it to windows 10. When i got home and had a chance to check the promo again, I realized that they made a fool out of me from the store and that i did not have to pay extra 150 CAD for the upgrade of the operating system to windows 10 since it already comes with the product features. I am so disappointed about what happened and i am sad that instead of us trusting them in purchasing gadgets and electronics they are the ones to rip you off with your money. I hope this will be of help to some people that purchase product from best buy. Dont trust sales representatives with promotions and product inquiries, you have to check them yourself and be knowledgeable enough on items that you are trying to purchase.

My wife bought me a Fitbit for Christmas for $99. Unfortunately she bought me the small size so we went today to exchange it to a large. When we came to exchange apparently the price went up to $129 and speaking to the manager they said they can't do anything about it. I really don't understand why for an exchange on a Christmas gift you would not honor the original price? We didn't even open the package as you can put your wrist on the outside box. Very disappointing and none caring attitude by the Manger on duty named Tonia.

Returns - POOOr service | Best Buy review from Calgary, Alberta

I had a well executed wish list from my son with many Best Buy items linked in to it - so I went to the store Christmas eve with it and their website was down!~ so the staff was not able to tell from the link what the kid wanted. We guessed wrong. So - boxing day we try to return and they tell me at the store - nope, sorry, no can do. No returns until January 4th. So the kid has no Christmas. Thanks a lot Best Buy. Really?

I had the absolute worst experience when working with Best Buy in Flint and Auburn Hills MI. The two managers I spoke to were Mike and Ross. I was told just because I work here doesn't mean I have to listen to you, I was told I have the power to exchange your item (which by the way was night less than two weeks ago and with a receipt in hand) but because it would cost the company money I don't want to. I was told by the manager in Auburn Hills that "it's not personal it simply business". "I do have the power to help you with this but I don't want the cost that's involved to affect my store"!!!They lack any level of professionalism or ability to provide a positive customer service experience. I am not letting this is issue go Best Buy needs to be held accountable for the way they treat their customers. I'm sure a company this large does not support not allow such blatant disregard for their customers at the hands of their employees!

Details? Not just things that a manager said.

Why did it take you almost 2 weeks to return? It sounds more like the manager was being candid with you and you couldn't handle it.

I ordered an item for Christmas on Dec. 9th, item never arrived. I tracked it on the 26th, too late for Christmas, and UPS had it down as delivered. Called UPS and BestBuy doesn't allow investigation till you call Best Buy and complain. So I called them. After a long wait the man told me I had called on the 18th and had spoken 'in depth' with a lady there who had left detailed messages about our (never happened) conversation. He wasn't a lot of help, basically implied I was lying. Results: they will reship but I won't get it tii Jan. 8th. Will NEVER order from them again, it was useless.

AVG Antivirus & Best Buy : No Satisfaction & No Service

My friend and I split the cost of AVG "Award Winning Security 2015" from Best Buy back in September. She installed it onto her computer first, but when I tried, I was offered only a 30 day trial after which time if I wanted to carry on with it, I had to pay for another program. On the package is stated: "3 PCs /1 Year". When I went to the so-called Geek Squad for help with this, the rude and arrogant *** behind the counter simply said, "Follow the instructions." I responded, " I did, and I expected to be able to have the protection I paid for, but clearly I've been scammed." He simply said, "It's not a scam! Just follow the instructions." I said, "Is this all you can tell me?" "That's it. You figure it out." Best Buy customer service sucks, and they can rest assured that I would not buy so much as a flashlight battery from them in the future.
