Delivery and installation
We bought a fridge,stove, microwave, washer and dryer. I was told it would be delivered and all installed.
The installer said he could not put the stove in due to no safety bracket. I asked if he could at least level it out. He did not! Then he said the fridge would not fit..
looks like maybe 1/2 cm too high... then he could not install the microwave saying we don’t do that! He left me with food laid out on the table defrosting and never connected the fridge being it was right in its position and could not go completely go in. I am a small female..
I had to balance out the fridge and it fit perfect, after all my ice cream melted. Now I have to find someone to install a microwave when I was told everything would be installed!
And there are scratches on the dryer! Not happy at all!!

Best Buy just doesn’t stand behind their products plain and simple. Just got to start shopping elsewhere where they care about the customer? Best Buy obviously doesn’t
