Worst customer service I've ever had from a large company | Best Buy review from Brooklyn, New York

I have called them 7 different times for the same issue. Why 7? They have hung up on me 4 of the 7 times and at least half were rude. I had to reexplain myself for 2 hours over and over again. I was not rude whatsoever, but I did not hold back my feelings on followup calls after being hung up on as it is normal to be frustrated about it. My simple issue was never resolved (it was a return). They lost me forever. I will never go back nor recommend anybody purchase from them. They seriously need to reexamine their entire customer service department.

I go to Best Buy looking for a radio to be installed in my car. Associate in car radio department is installing radios in display but can;t help me so he goes looking for someone who can. Came back again empty handed and left to look for help again. I get tired of waiting and head to the front of the store thinking I will not see people because they are either buisy or on their break. See plenty of associates idly chatting. Call store manager once I get home. Told them what happened. They say I should be compensated in some way and receive the help I deserve. Go back to the store. Meet the manager and another manager. They apologize. Go with associate from car radio area to find car radio. He can not find it at first and then I find it, But am told they are out of stock on that one. Also told they do not have an installation tech now and it will be two weeks before he is ready. Told I could go to neighboring town to have it installed there. Find out I have to pay for all parts in installation. OMG!

I paid for my computer in port author tx. it was for 800 and something plus all of the extra stuff I got for I was about 1,200. well I had a girlfriend with two young kids. they plaid with the computer for 3 months. after she took the kids back and gave me the computer back it did not work. I went online at my office trying to fix my self but it was not coming on at all. so I tool it to best buy in Paducah KY. so they ask for my info they cant find me in the system. I got the computer aug 2013. its 2016 now and no I don't have a recite for it. so they cant help me I have nothing more than a over priced paper weight. so I do my own digging. I find my bank statement showing where I got it. I show them still unable to help me. but they said I can buy a new one if I like. I have been back several times. I have also went to the one in Nashville TN, Memphis TN, still no help. this is BS. I call and every time its a recording then when I get someone they say sorry I cant help let me transfer you then they hang up. few times I made it to someone but they ask for my info and then act like they cant heir me. so I try other phones something.

Kudo's to the staff at the Tyler, TX best buy. They did right by me and gave me a credit towards the purchase of a new computer equal to the amount it was going to cost to fix the old one.

Can't say the same about Best Buy Corporate Customer Service, or ASUS...both useless. If you have problems at Best Buy, give the managers a chance to correct it.

Very bad support in Conway Arkansas Best Buy.

I purchased a laptop computer for my business,lam on the road all the time an would be leaving out this afternoon and would need it set up and ready ,they told me it had some updates also I ask how long it would take ,they said two hours ,ok ,leave phone#and email will call when ready, getting ready to leave "no call" go by to pick up on the way out,5 hours later not ready will take 2,3 more hrs.ask to see manager no manager,ask for refund.call 2 other stores and they tell me that they keep them 24hrs to do updates ,are can do them at my convenience . Return Policy For Best Buy

I purchased a Beats Pill from Best Buy Brockton during the Christmas Holiday. After bringing the pill home and listening to the sound it just wasn't that great. I tried to return the Pill to the Brockton store and was told that they have a 15 day return policy. However, the white woman in front of me returned an item on the 16th day. Don't shop at this store. The Manager Amanda is a kid and has no idea of how to deal with a Customer. Best Buy should spend sometime training your staff on how to deal with issues. It is not about the people it is just about profits.

A) how do you know the customer in front of you returned an item after 16 days. B) what does her being white have to do with anything. C) Just because something is done for one customer doesn't mean it has to be for the next, different people and different situations means different actions by managers.

The paperwork given to her states that she has 48 hours to inspect the product. As a best buy installer, it looks like it was grabbed with the middle finger on the glass and squeezed causing the break.

Im guessing an accident and it happened when you pulled the unit from the box. You may not.

Have even realized you did it as it happens very easily.

We bought a TV, sound bar, and TV stand at our local Best Buy last week. We were assured several times that not only would the items be delivered free of charge, everything would be assembled and connected so that the delivery people would not leave until everything was connected and working perfectly. Instead, the delivery people simply said, "All we do is deliver." Had we known that, we could have made our purchases elsewhere, such as Costco, because now we have to do everything ourselves anyway. All Best Buy would say was that we were "misinformed."

Best Buy in Greenville, N.C. Kenhas poor customer service, and support. If you have a problem from their installation, or other, in store, staff will just send you around and around, never correcting their problem on anything. Done with them. It is not the only place to shop.
